STANDARD RATE
Cancellation penalties are applied as follows:
- Cancellation or modification up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation or modification up to 7 days before arrival: 50% penalty
- Cancellation or modification within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty
- No-show: 100% penalty
Please note:
During certain peak seasons, such as Design Week, Fashion Week, the Monza Formula 1 Grand Prix, and New Year’s Eve, the cancellation terms may be extended up to 21 days before arrival.

100% payment upon booking. No refund will be granted in case of cancellation or no-show.
